Formerly an inn for boatmen, it has been converted into a restaurant offering a fine cuisine prepared with seasonal products.
To reach the restaurant, you must not hesitate and take the winding road that crosses the vineyards. The building that you finally see seems to come out of a fairy tale, with its large stones and its large garden. In the past, it was an inn that received the boatmen traveling on the Canal du Midi. Today, it is Renaud and Mathieu who welcome you. The cuisine is delicious and refined, always prepared with seasonal products, and the menu changes according to the period. Reservation is highly recommended!

Un peu cher comparé à d'autres.
L'on ne m'enlèvera pas de l'idée que les frites ne sont pas "maison". Dommage.
Un bon moment de restauration, la cuisine est top et le service aussi.
De plus, une petite balade au bord du canal, qui jouxte le restaurant, n'est vraiment pas déplaisante.
Franchement si vous passez, allez y, vous ne le regretterez pas mais n'oubliez pas de réserver car c'est souvent complet.
