DOMAINE PAIN DE SUCRE
The Pain de Sucre estate, created by Bailly de Suffren in the 18th century, was taken over by Françoise Bousquet several years ago. Coming from a family of winegrowers (since 1855), she continues the tradition, driven by her passion for wine. It is this love that led her to give up her job as a pharmacist in favour of the vines. Nowadays, the estate covers 30 hectares in a single block. The vines range in age from 15 to over 100 years, with Grenache, Syrah, Cinsault, Carignan, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. Red and rosé wines come to life in these cellars.
