The Cabrol family has lived among the vats and rows of vines since the estate was founded in 1969. A beautiful property where eleven grape varieties form a mosaic of different flavours and tastes. The white Vin de Pays d'Oc is blended with chardonnay, viognier and rolle. It is vinified in barrels, where it is matured for ten months, taking on delicious aromas of white fruits, brioche and honey. The Picpoul de Pinet cuvée is also very pleasant and proves that this terroir has splendid potential.
