After ten years in Switzerland, Hélène and Jean-Marie set up their pots in Castelnau-le-Lez. Two adjoining rooms with modern and colourful decor. Note the children's drawing wall, an original and successful initiative to make children work with digital tools during the meal. On the menu of the day, parsley razor shell clams with a small salad, red mullet with coconut milk. A great care in the supplies: fish from Sète, snails cassolette from Uzes and Charolais meat. In the winter, the garbure of the Pyrenees.
