Fernando Gramajo likes to say that he fell into the pot at an early age. Thanks to his grandmother's initiatory journey, he now takes his customers all the way to Guatemala. His cuisine is inventive, with meat from Aveyron rubbing shoulders with ceviche and seafood fideua. It's a healthy cuisine that's open to the world, with an emphasis on fresh local produce. Viande très bien cuite, produits de la mer excellent et un dessert guatémaltèque comme on le souhaitait.
