Choose a rare wine (biodynamic, garage wine, ethical wine...) and a wine merchant with bottle! Marco Bertossi, ex-sommelier at La Tour d'Argent, is the man for the job. With his team of sommeliers in charge of the kitchen, you can enjoy tapas only in the evening: homemade hummus, Iberian ham, salmon gravelax, bruschetta with truffle cream and duck breast, and his spectacular cheese platter.
