Restaurant set in the back streets of Castelnau, serving Mediterranean specialties made with Sicilian produce.
Maud and Damien opened this restaurant in the back streets of Castelnau just before the covid. And they're still at it - that's how brave they are. A kitchen on one side of the street and a dining room on the other. Here, we work mainly with Sicilian products and wines. Calamari pasta (flagship dish), sarde a beccafico (stuffed sardines), espadon salmorigano (tomato, eggplant, caper and celery sauce), cannolo a ricotta. All Mediterranean specialties. Except for Sicilian, you'll only find tartare.
