A friendly address in Castelnau-le-Lez, with a terrace in the shade of olive trees, offering a simple but generous brasserie menu
After a decade in Parisian brasseries, Benjamin, a native of the Cantal region, has taken over one of Castelnau-le-Lez's friendliest addresses on the village square. The atmosphere is friendly, and Maurice, the chef, prepares exclusively home-made dishes. The brasserie menu is simple but generous: salmon gravlax and matured simmenthal beef, finished with a gourmet mi-cuit. The charm of the terrace in the shade of the olive trees is an added bonus.
