Restaurant with terrace and seasonal menu with fresh flavors
This pretty lair opened its doors in July 2020 on the pretty Place de la Liberté in Castelnau. On the terrace or in the two lightly decorated rooms, its team composes and sends home cooking sprinkled with a few good, well-chosen wines. Its small seasonal menu allows to respect the seasonality and to send plates with fresh and well perfumed flavours. For example: velvety garden butternut soup and fresh cream quenelle, cuttlefish rouille, citrus fruit gambas tartar, duck leg confit, fresh gazpacho, seafood tagliatelle, orange zesty cream, vanilla crème brûlée and strawberry pavlova. With such proposals, the sulky bear will not remain so for long.

Service au top et nous nous sommes régalés avec la joue de bœuf , tartare de St Jacques et soupe aux champignons
