The game giant Ubisoft has more than 14,000 employees worldwide, spread over some forty studios, one of which is located in Castelnau-le-Lez. Created in 1994, this "subsidiary" of the group, specialized in graphic support, has given birth to games that have been very successful: Beyond Good and Evil and Rayman, but also Les Lapins crétins: la grosse aventure and Michael Jackson: The Experience. Since its inception, the Hérault company has grown steadily and now employs some 250 people. A new 4,600 m2 and four-storey studio is being built in the new Eureka district to house all these people. In the meantime, projects continue to multiply and triumphs follow one another, whether they are collaborations with other Ubisoft studios around the world or their own creations, such as Space Junkies.
