Born on the initiative of a small group of enthusiasts, Team FDC teaches a discipline that is unknown to the general public, but in full growth: martial arts martial arts. The basic techniques are taught to beginners, with the most spectacular movements of martial arts as diverse as karate, taekwondo, Kung Fu and the capoeira blended into gym acrobatics. This discipline is about the beauty of the gesture and the dépassement of oneself. The courses are open to children, starting 4 years old, and adults. They take place at the Palais des Sports de Castelnau.
