At the entrance of Castelnau, for two years, the Angel Boul became Imperative. It's a bakery concept, pastry, a brewery and a tea room. There are pastries prepared on site, brioches, maison, desserts. Original breads figs to the creation of very original cakes. In the brewery, the base blends between canard duck skewers, roast pork pork, served only at midday.

Très bonne boulangerie
A chaque fois que nous venons à Castelnau le Lez, nous venons prendre notre petit déjeuner, dans ce lieu convivial,
Avec un bon jus d'orange pressé et des bonnes pâtisseries, j'adore leur chouquettes.
