At the entrance of Castelnau, for two years, the Angel Boul became Imperative. It's a bakery concept, pastry, a brewery and a tea room. There are pastries prepared on site, brioches, maison, desserts. Original breads figs to the creation of very original cakes. In the brewery, the base blends between canard duck skewers, roast pork pork, served only at midday.

Caissière mal poli voulant acheter une baguette mi-cuit elle me donne une baguette très cuite voulant qu'elle me la change et ayant vu sa collègue à côté d'elle ,elle lui fait une grimace et en sortant je les entend dire des moqueries ce n'est pas professionnelle et mal vu sachant que je suis une habitué de cette boulangerie.
Le patron est très aimable.
C'est dommage pour la réputation et l'image de cette boulangerie.
