At the entrance of Castelnau, for two years, the Angel Boul became Imperative. It's a bakery concept, pastry, a brewery and a tea room. There are pastries prepared on site, brioches, maison, desserts. Original breads figs to the creation of very original cakes. In the brewery, the base blends between canard duck skewers, roast pork pork, served only at midday.

J'y suis allée cette semaine et j'y ai dégusté un chocolat chaud avec une petite patisserie. J'ai trouvé l'endroit assez vaste, au moins on n'est pas serrés les uns contre les autres. Personnel souriant. J'y retournerai!
