A wine cellar and a wine bar, the shop of Frédéric Plenecassagne is also a contemporary wine library centered on a modern and accessible wine approach. In the cellar, it offers an original selection of wines organic, bio-dynamic or in reasoned culture, from the south of France and elsewhere, with or without a label, but always prepared by winemakers passionate, generous, intransigent on the quality of their product and respectful of their environment.
