LA FROMAGERIE
In this beautiful shop opposite the town hall, Aveyronnaise Nathalie and Lyonnais Didier, both Master Cheesemakers, have since 2001 been offering nearly 80 varieties of cheese, especially farmers and raw milk. All France of the cheese is there and beyond, with to start a beautiful range of goats: buchette and "of L, fresh cheese of garrigues, charolais, bullion. But also volumes of sheep from Aveyron or cow to blue (unique in Montpellier!), a goat goat goat of the Ariège and of course county (24 months refining), roquefort, Saint-Nectaire, Beaufort… Borders are crossed with the stiltonau (Swiss oat cheese), Italians (burrata, buffalo mozzarella, pecorino Papete, Parmesan…) and even an English cheese veined. You can let yourself be tempted at the time of the festivities for the brie and riddled riddled. But the summer is more willingly chosen for the home chantilly and the ice cream of the sheep of the Aude. The cheese factory offers a selection of cheese jams from the famous Marque (thyme, basil) and the whole range of Laguiole knives from the famous Goldsmith La Forge.
