Aucun sérieux dans le SAV : cela fait plus de 2 ans que je tente en vain d'obtenir qu'ils se déplacent pour remettre les joints mal posés de la fenêtre qu"ils ont installé chez moi. A chaque fois une nouvelle excuse : perte d'agenda, commission non passées, manque de main d'oeuvre. Ils étaient pourtant nettement plus pressés pour encaisser le règlement à l'installation de la fenêtre ! A FUIR !!
