This magnificent establishment, whose name means "here" in Balinese, is a true invitation to travel. In a very lounge setting, the owners offer you a stay in the middle of nature in their Provencal mas near Montpellier. In a relaxed spirit, they offer you a taste of the delicacy and charm of the Languedoc region in a setting combining luxury, pleasure and peace. The sixteen rooms of the 4-star Disini hotel have been decorated in a cosy and comfortable style, which gives pride of place to noble materials: solid wood, mother-of-pearl, leather, waxed concrete, granito, pebbles, marble, natural fibre, deal with pure forms. The whole creates a soft and light atmosphere. The low lights, the warm chocolate tones or purple, the surrounding calm and the outside landscapes provide a real feeling of travel to the Orient. Gourmands will appreciate a fusion cuisine totally connected with the hotel. Full of creativity and inventiveness, chef Delphine Borrewater offers a fine, sincere and modern menu. Since she has been working in the kitchen of the establishment, her cuisine and talent have contributed to the sublime reputation of the place. And for relaxation, the spa is more than recommended!

Une équipe aux petits soins car nous avions 2 enfants en bas âge qui avaient besoins de bouger lol elles nous ont offerts un petit kit de coloriage pour les enfants, c adorable ????.
La cuisine est fine, délicieusement dosée et goûteuse. La présentation est juste parfaite, soigneuse et appliquée.
Pour les allergiques aux arachides en revanche, pensez à demander les composants des plats car bcp de leurs recettes contiennent, noisettes, amandes et autres.
Un endroit superbe avec un agréable jardin, hamacs, balançoires et salon de jardin pour profiter de ce bel environnement.
Je recommande cet endroit pour la restauration car nous n avions pas pris de chambre à l hôtel.
Belle expérience à renouveler.
