Near St-Guilhem-le-Désert, between the Hérault Gorges and the Buègue Valley, this vineyard classified AOC Terrasses du Larzac can be discovered in a playful and original way: on board a trailer (fitted out and shaded)! The walk extends over 2 km and lasts 1h30. The artisan winegrowers at the head of the estate then comment on the tasting in their vineyards, in the heart of the garrigue, with some local products to nibble on as an accompaniment. To finish in beauty, visit the cellars and barrel storehouses under the century-old vaults.
