Eric Brun and Alexandre Nerrière have named their new address in the centre of Caux after Bertrand Blier's film, a springboard for the career of a certain Depardieu. After successful careers in and outside the region, the two men took over the village's small business in April 2019. Thus the Baliverne became Les Valseuses! Together, they wanted to open a relaxed address, far from the summer factories, a place full of life and energy! Equipped with a beautiful terrace and a very seventies decor, the spot offers a small menu and a dish of the day for lunch and dinner. The choices are limited, of course, but to respect a certain quality since they are supplied with local production, meat from the Aveyron and local fish.

Kul inredning och bra mat. Vi var där på lunchen och tog en meny som var väldigt prisvärd!
