MAS BELLES EAUX
Between Pézenas and Caux, the Mas Belles Eaux - so named because of the many springs that run through its lands - continues a winemaking tradition that goes back to antiquity. Its buildings and its cellar date from the 16th and 17th centuries, the ribbed vaults in the cellar are a testimony to this. As for the pretty shop on the premises, it is installed in the heart of a former orangery. On its shelves, the heart of the range consists of a collection of local wines including Vieux-Carignan and two red blended wines: Mas Belles Eaux Les Coteaux and the Sainte-Hélène cuvée.
