This estate is the story of a successful reconversion, that of Sylvie Guiraudon, who in 2014 falls under the charm of the place and patiently restores this superb estate in the rules of art. With 260 hectares planted with Syrah, Grenache, Mourvèdre, Viognier, Roussanne or Vermentino, you are sure to find it in the middle of its vines, flanked by its two acolytes Ali and Olivier. Here, the love and respect of Mother Nature is a true philosophy and the juices produced are exceptionally delicious. Indeed, Sylvie likes to say that she doesn't exploit her terroir "she collaborates" with it, according to the rhythm of the seasons to extract its quintessence. The vintages produced organically and biodynamically are in her image, generous, greedy with fine tannins and names that refer to her totem animal: the owl of course! "The blend of Roussanne and Vermentino is a suave treasure, intoxicating with notes of honey in AOP Languedoc, its red wines in VDF or AOP Languedoc Pic st Loup are also exhilarating "A beautiful novel, a nice story", "Nothing frightens me" ... To discover without any moderation !

Personnel sympathique.
