LES NORIAS
Hotel offering 11 rooms with all the necessary comforts and a touch of reverie.
Blaise and Nathalie took over this establishment located in an old stocking mill a few years ago. The large building opens onto a garden on the banks of the Hérault and, on the other bank, Ganges. It houses eleven rooms which, despite their slightly dated decoration, offer all the necessary comfort and a touch of reverie. In the restaurant, the chef concocts a cuisine with regional accents for his customers. The menu, which is based on a variation of local and seasonal products, features a few specialities: pressed foie gras with asparagus tips and gingerbread, Aubrac beef and veal breaded with pistachio seeds. If you are hungry, you will let yourself be tempted by his Cévennes pélardon grilled on a bed of arugula. For dessert, an apple and rhubarb crumble. The wine list gives pride of place to the best regional wines. If you enjoy the restaurant, please note that it is reserved for the residents of the establishment at dinner.

Setting by Herault is always magic but the food seemed less refined me and smaller portions.
You will leave them a little time.
On the other hand I do not know the rooms.
