COUPE D'EUROPE DES CLUBS DE TAMBOURIN
Tambourine, a sport inherited from palm games, is a discipline inseparable from the identity of the department. In Cazouls-d'Hérault, it is not just a simple leisure activity but more of an art of living, moreover the local club is one of the best in France. To realize the popularity of the ball game with tambourine, just do a simple calculation: the village has about 400 souls and the club has about fifty members, or 1 person out of 8! As for the non practicing Cazoulins, they are happy to observe the sportsmen as soon as the opportunity arises, the main one being the European Club Championship (beginning of July). Open to all, the event is very entertaining and reveals an interesting part of the Languedoc identity.
