Franck Siméoni is a young Burgundian winegrower who has bought part of the Jougla estate. While waiting to build his own cellar, he made wine in Cazouls-les-Béziers. Its terroir, located between Berlou, Roquebrun and Prades-sur-Vernazobre, is composed of schist and sandstone characterized by a strong aridity.
