Located in the heart of the forests of the Monts d'Orb, Hôtel Bessière is now the Relais de Ceilhes. Since 1850, the Bessière family has run this former coaching inn. The five comfortable rooms offer magnificent views over the Orb valley. Bernard Bessière prepares authentic regional dishes such as homemade duck foie gras, roast guinea fowl supreme with juniper jus, samoussas with goat's cheese and crayfish with Relais sauce. These dishes are accompanied by Languedoc wines.
