A terrace on the banks of the Canal du Midi in the shade of the plane trees and in the cool. You can't miss the address! The place grows in idleness! For two years now, Carole and Déjan have been offering a simple and family-friendly cuisine. The midday formula makes a good number of emulators with beautiful meal salads, a roasted camembert, a surprising Serbian starter (the land of Dejan) made of feta cheese, cooked peppers, olive oil and Espelette pepper, but beef tartar with a knife (from Bousquet) is not bad either, as are pork crunchy and and andouillettes, grilled cuttlefish and ravioli with scampis. In the evening, we loved the tapas plates that allowed friends to have a cool aperitif on the banks of the Canal du Midi with a small pitcher from Domaine de Mujolan in Fabrégues. It's simple and good... what more could you ask for?
