A former companion of duty, Guillaume worked in the most famous French pastries, including the Maison in Lyon (the French reference in macaroons and artistic cakes). His Boutique shop opened in 2010, like that of Lunel, which was chained in 2014, is part of the same mindset: a fine, trendy and modern pastry, of those in Japan that inspire it, for example its cake called "Tokyo". Innovation, it places everywhere, in the alloys of colours, flavours and perfumes. It is found in the macaroons, through authentic proposals (cherry, apricot, caramel…) or downright crazy (roquefort, quenelle, piment pepper or foie-apple liver). It is found in desserts produced in cakes, whose names evoke as much the roots as the exploration (Antana, Madagascar, Amboise, Ardéchois, Désir…), as in the chocolates of Brazil, New Guinea, Venezuela, Cote d'Ivoire, Vietnam. There is no shortage of pastries with Norman butter, cakes with hazelnut or pistachio-cherry and even bread. It's just a few minutes away from the… So to do nothing, rush!

Dommage que les parts soient plus petites et les prix bien plus élevés qu'avant d'ouvrir les 2 autres points de vente.
Les patrons sont adorables, j'en garde un très bon souvenirs. Et ayant était restauratrice je peux vous dire à quel point ils sont vaillants et ils y mettent leurs cœur.
Les produits sont de belle qualité. J'avoue avoir fait le tour de tout et rien ne m'a déçu (petit coup de cœur pour le dessert "l'ardechois"). Même si je n'y travaille plus, et que j'habite loin, je préfère largement faire le déplacement pour venir me regaler.
