To better understand what makes this farm so beautiful, it is better to have a look at its history. Because the creation of this space is linked to the investment of several entities: the producers who work hard every day, the Agglomeration of Montpellier who bought this land and those attached to it to create an Agriparc, and Terracoopa which is a cooperative whose mission is to facilitate the agricultural installation. In 2011, Terracoopa became one of the 13 farmers of the estate by acquiring 10 hectares. In the field, several producers develop their organic production independently, according to their markets and technical choices, without getting into debt. This collaborative place and individual projects have given rise to an exceptional business. Since 2018, a direct sale is carried out on the plot, next to the Bigmat roundabout.
