This producer-processor produces vegetables, fruits and aromatic and medicinal plants that he transforms into spreads, onion confit, jam, flower jelly, compote, fruit in syrup, condiments, plant syrup, soups, tomato sauces, spicy sauces? Installed in Claret since 2009, it has been labelled AB since its installation. Very largely inspired by Mediterranean cuisine, it offers sun-drenched, original recipes, some simple, others more elaborate: always with a focus on quality and flavour. An attractive collection of chilli peppers also makes it possible to make certain preparations simply spicy and others a little more "muscular".
