"Stop eating junk food, eat charcuterie! This has been the house motto for the past 20 years. Here, all pork is present in ribs, filet mignons, croustillous, hams and additive-free pâtés - in short, charcuterie in the purest tradition. Other delights include pigs' feet, andouillettes and sausages. The pigs are rigorously selected and the charcuterie is made the old-fashioned way. Particular attention is paid to allergens.
