A blue terrace overlooking the port of Colombiers, with a view of the moored boats, is a very comfortable place to be. The cuisine is based on specialties and simplicity. For starters, there's a choice of more than twenty salads, such as the Salade de la mer, or the Assiette froide (salad, tomatoes, anchovies, cold meats and cheese), which can be ordered at any time. To follow a hamburger/frites or as a dish of the day, beef tongue with caper sauce or the famous tête de veau ravigote. The pan-fried prawns are not bad either!
