LE QUAI
Restaurant offering refined dishes such as butternut soup, creamy gingerbread, smoked emulsion...
Formerly Chez l'éclusier, this restaurant is located directly on the quay of the marina, with a view on the Canal du Midi and its boats. The lunch menu changes every week and offers refined dishes. For example: butternut soup, creamy gingerbread, smoked emulsion, then grilled royal sea bream filet, risotto with coconut lemongrass sauce and to finish a regressive and creamy almond and hazelnut choco, carambar emulsion. Or a fine tomato and zucchini pie with grilled red mullet fillets and hazelnut vinaigrette and beef bourguignon

Acccueil sympathique et service rapide.
(Avis d'origine)
Nicely situated next to the port of Colombiers. In general service was very nice, drinks were well served. On the food side the house hamburger was quite decent. Unfortunately the biggest let down was with the goats cheese salad. The star of the show which should have been the goats cheese was limited to 4 very small (+-3cm diam) pieces of cheese on 4 very large pieces of bread (it would have been more appropriate to call this a 'bread' salad). I would say that this was by far the most sad goats cheese salad I have ever seen. All of this just made worse by the missing bacon. The waiter was very apologetic about all of this but seemed more concerned about the missing bacon rather than the very small quantity of cheese. A bit of a let down...
Le patron très sympathique et bon vivant ! Ambiance au top.
Je recommande vivement.
