CHEZ L'ÉCLUSIER
On the shady docks of the harbour of Colombiers, Audrey, in the dining room, Aurélien in the kitchen invites you to discover its traditional cuisine bathed in sunshine. Here guests are greeted with simplicity and conviviality. In the beautiful room with pastel colours or on the terrace, covered in winter, on the edge of the water, the map following the seasons suggests some sexy plates and sometimes to the wedding surprising: a very beautiful salad of the upper cantons in XL with foie gras house and heart, then nuts of Saint Jacques toast and embroidered with Jambon ham. Everything is excellent and the customers are pressing and returning. The wines of the Microclimat microclimate in AOC as well as in wine from countries which can be tasted in glass can be enjoyed.

Gourmet restaurant in a exotic setting beside the canal du midi.
We have been eating on the terrace cooled by sprayers, very pleasant in this season.
Very good cuisine with original presentation and the perfect service.
