The site's 30 hectares are farmed organically, and ponies and horses ensure natural weeding. Next door, the estate store displays some twenty olive oils stored in stainless steel vats and bottled on demand. There are single variety oils (picholine, lucques, violette de Montpellier...) as well as flavored oils (mint, saffron, basil, truffle...). The boutique also sells olives, flavored vinegars, local products and olive oil-based cosmetics.

C’est toujours un plaisir de venir faire le plein d’huile d’olive. Elle est très bonne et beaucoup de variétés ! Vous trouverez forcément quelque chose qui vous plaira.

Très belle endroit, cuisine sympa simple efficace avec des Très bons produits, olives succulentes. La vue est géniale et les différents espaces permettent de s'éloigner pour discuter se reposer tranquillement ou d'être au cœur de l'ambiance merci à toute l'équipe
