On the region for over 30 years, Evelyne and Gilles Pradier (as well as their daughters Estela and Flora), métier-keepers, wanted to create a meeting place between man and bee. Of course, exploitation and marketing are their everyday lives, but they wanted to bring something else. Through an exhibition of old photographs and tools, and a slide show, the visitor is familiar with the techniques of beekeeping and the role of bee in nature. Thanks to the 400 hives on the farm and internally displaced over the seasons, honey offers different flavours: heather, garrigues, rosemary, lavender, chestnut, linden… That it was also found in the derivatives: Royal jelly, pollen, nougat…
