The cuisine is excellent, traditional and seasonal, but always with a touch of originality: duck confit nems, Jerusalem artichoke mousseline and roasted chestnuts, veal chuck confit, jus corsé with cantal potato galette and sweet onions, Breton sablé with figs and raspberries... to discover!
