It is in the typical Languedoc village of Florensac that Djamilia and Thierry open the doors of their restaurant. Located a few minutes walk from the historic centre, their establishment combines tranquillity and proximity. Housed in the former stables of the castle, La Noria consists of three rooms made of ashlar and a pleasant shady terrace. This decor features simple and hearty dishes, mostly from Mediterranean cuisine: fish soup, stuffed mussels, crème brûlée... It's good value for money and the service is quite smooth. We also appreciate the small arrangements made for the children, which makes it much easier for the parents to have a meal...

Le menu du midi change pratiquement tous les jours avec un choix d’au moins 4 entrées 4 plats … aujourd’hui moules gratinées parfaites et demi coquelet au feu de bois … je recommande !
