CHÂTEAU LA ROQUE
A line of winemakers continues to cultivate this land born in 1259. The production of the domain, which claims the AB label since the 2011 harvest, is completely controlled by green operations carried out in the spring. The harvest at Château La Roque is half manual and half made using a last generation harvesting machine. The rosé A.O.C. Coteaux du Languedoc Pic St Loup is a wine of bleeding and direct pressing, Syrah 50% and mourvèdre 50%, with cold storage. The result is subtle with fresh aromas of red fruits, cranberries and sweet spices and a fresh and fresh final.
