It is a charming small hotel in the heart of the historic center of Frontignan, a beautifully renovated residence with five bedrooms that offer all the comforts expected. The charm continues with the terrace in the shadow of plane trees, a beautiful room with a simple and modern decoration and a lovely patio shaded by a magnificent fig tree. The homemade cuisine is traditional and regional, based on local products and Bassin de Thau: oysters, gratinated mussels, beautiful and generous meal salads, Sète-style squid sauce, pan-fried hot foie gras profiterole with Muscat de Frontignan, pan-fried cuttlebones with chorizo, but also prawn skewer cream sauce with whisky, tender trilogy of lamb chops with thym or sliced duck with blueberries. The homemade desserts are in the same vein: crème brûlée with lavender, tatin pie and very gourmet coffee. A nice cuisine, you can take pleasure. An address as we love them to be.
