A few steps away from the Gambetta traffic circle, we discover the Clé du Moulin, with its musical front. Inside, Kévin, the artisan baker, makes his bakery sing. We come to fill up with good home-made sourdough breads, which delight our taste buds with their beautiful cells. You can also enjoy a wide range of pastries that you come to get for a gourmet breakfast to share. We also notice some original products like bread flavored with turmeric or squid ink. We also come back because the welcome is great.

Et depuis que je les pèse à mon retour chez moi, aucune ne fait le bon poids, la plus lourde faisant 235gr.
Je pense que je n'ai pas de chance !
Je vais continuer de vous acheter votre très bonne baguette et j'espère avoir le plaisir de vous croiser pour en discuter.
La meilleure boulangerie de Frontignan. Dommage que la baguette ne fasse pas le poids.....211 gr hier, 212 gr aujourd'hui et le patron qui n'est pas là pour lui rappeler d'être plus attentif. Pour info c'est 250gr avec 5% de tolérance
