A former restaurant owner in Sète, Michel-Henri Pacheco created this gourmet label in 1981 to concoct regional specialities and seafood products named after his daughter, Marie-Amélie. Today, she runs the shop of this house, offering fish soups made from whole fish, à la sétoise, gastronomic fish soups with lobster, langoustines and shellfish, bouillabaisse, stuffed mussels, Label Rouge or organic, and always MSC sustainable fishing.

je n'ai pas trouve le moindre gout de poissons , c’était une préparation au gout de je sais pas quoi. aucune saveur et même mes chats n'en veulent pas . je déconseille l'achat de cette préparation
