CHÂTEAU DE LA GRANGE
Between Faugères, the Mediterranean and the natural park of Haut-Languedoc, the vineyard of La Grange spreads its plots in the communes of Gabian and Fouzilhon. These are 30 ha of vines almost one holding, mostly on the slopes, surrounding the cellars of La Grange. Syrah, Merlot, Grenache, carignan, mourvèdre, cinsault and chardonnay are cultivated on a wide variety of soils (clay-calcareous, sandstone, quaternary terraces of the quaternary) and at an altitude of up to 250 metres. The dry and windy climate (tramontane, Greek), as well as the freshness of summer nights, are decisive natural advantages that contribute to ensuring an exceptional health condition, both from vineyards and from harvesting itself. Plots lined with scented garrigue benefit not only from the natural protection of the perfectly preserved biological balance, but also from the subtle and subtle aromatic exchanges that will be highlighted in the wines of La Grange. The wine range of La Grange is divided into three segments: Les Grange de La Grange: red (wine of countries of Hérault) and rosé (country wine of Oc) are wines charming and light, easy to drink on all occasions.
