On the outskirts of the village of Gignac, Lucas is waiting to show us around his store.

As soon as we enter, we are surprised by the multitude and profusion of references on display. Lucas takes great pleasure in guiding us and distilling anecdotes and advice in this little temple dedicated to the work of the vineyard's artisans.

Each piece of furniture in the store represents a different region of production, and we noticed a wide selection of natural wines, as well as spirits and victuals.
