All members of the Ellul family share the passion for bakery. This love of good hot bread and gourmet products dates back to 1946 and to the grandfather of the current managers who was at the time a pastry chef in Algeria. His passion – that was transmitted to the next generation – led to the creation of a bakery in France as early as 1994. It is therefore not surprising that his three grand-children have continued the business and have opened two bakeries. First in Mauguio, then in Jacou, Nicolas, Philippe and Marion are so talented. They prepare and sell delicious bakery and pastry with a shovel, including their famous bread with six toasted cereals and almond-caramel cookies.
