All members of the Ellul family share the passion for bakery. This love of good hot bread and gourmet products dates back to 1946 and to the grandfather of the current managers who was at the time a pastry chef in Algeria. His passion – that was transmitted to the next generation – led to the creation of a bakery in France as early as 1994. It is therefore not surprising that his three grand-children have continued the business and have opened two bakeries. First in Mauguio, then in Jacou, Nicolas, Philippe and Marion are so talented. They prepare and sell delicious bakery and pastry with a shovel, including their famous bread with six toasted cereals and almond-caramel cookies.

Très déçue après la commande d'un number cake kinder bueno pour les 1 an de mon fils. La plaque très mal faite, et quand je l'ai fait remarquer aucune solution proposée, gâteau sans goût très fade (pate feuilleté très fine, crème sans goût de chocolat) Manque de finesse dans la réalisation et sur un socle avec des taches de gras...Bref déception, surtout pour le prix.

Accueil toujours agréable par la vendeuse qui est souvent là le matin, et le pain et les viennoiseries sont de qualité. J'apprécie particulièrement la tournée, la fougasse aux olives et mon fils rafole des chouquettes et des madeleines.

Habitant Prades-le-Lez je n'ai plus de bon boulanger depuis que le magasin de la ville a été cédé il y a ~ 2 ans, je vous découvre grâce à mon neveu qui est passé chez vous. Enfin je retrouve du bon pain, c'est merveilleux! Je recommande , maintenant je sais où je vais et je vous ferai la publicité. Merci!!
