DOMAINE DE BON AUGURE
In the Haut-Languedoc Park, Cédric Guy has been cultivating 5 hectares of biodynamic Chardonnay on the Domaine de Bon Augure since 2013, at an altitude of more than 600 meters. Son and grandson of a winegrower, former co-owner of the Sylva Plana Abbey, he also cultivates on his 9 hectares of land, one hectare of Petit Manseng, another of Pinot Noir as well as a few rows of Grenache Gris, Sauvignon Blanc, Chenin Blanc and Petite Arvine. He defends agroecology and organic viticulture and offers organic white and red wines.
