L’attitude et la mauvaise foi du patron a été déplorable. Aucune compréhension vis à vis du client non satisfait.
Que les plats arrivent 1heure après, aucun soucis. Manger un par un c’est non et ça paraît juste normal quand on vient partager un moment en famille dans un restaurant .
Les clients n’ont pas à subir le manque de communication ou le manque d’effectif .
Je rajouterai que de s’agiter avec véhémence au dessus de deux jeunes enfants est intolérable de la part d’un patron de restaurant.
