very family restaurant! soulful atmosphere!
Ma femme a reçu un violent coup à la tête de la part du panneau de menu qui lui est tombé sur le crâne et a été totalement ignorée par le personnel. Nous avons même eu davantage de réactions de la part des clients autour de nous.
On dirait que c’est le genre d’endroit qui remplira de toute façon ses tables, quelle que soit la qualité de son service, et n’y prêtera donc pas beaucoup d’attention.
Vous avez l'impression que vous, en tant que client, devriez être reconnaissant d'avoir un endroit pour manger là-bas.

Food was decent, but staff attention was under our expectation. They were not rude or unkind, but they provided the minimum service, were not pro-active, spent more time talking to each other while we were clearly waiting and trying to get their attention.
My wife received a violent hit on the head from the menu panel that fell down on her skull, and was totally ignored by the staff. We even got more reactions from the customers around us.
Seems like the kind of place that will anyway fill their tables regardless of their service quality, therefore won’t pay much attention to it.
You feel like you - as a customer - should be grateful to have a spot to eat there.
