LA PAILLOTE BAMBOU
It is with your feet in the sand and your eyes immersed in the deep blue of the sea that you settle down at the Paillote Bambou. This sunny address is equipped with a pleasant and well shaded terrace when the sun becomes too strong. The restaurant offers Mediterranean and Southwestern specialities on its menu. It revolves around shellfish and local products, it invites to discover the curious who have not yet thrown themselves into the water. At lunch we chose the bunch of local asparagus with wasabi muslin, a surprising starter. More classic, we decide to taste the semi-cooked tuna and its red pepper coulis as a dish, it is served with a mashed potato in smooth olive oil. We finish the meal with roasted pineapple with honey and vanilla ice cream. Overall it is a success, but we have to recognize that prices remain high for the offer of the places.

14 € pour 2 traits d'houmous c'est du foutage de gueule...
